I got quiz two back in my Data Structures and Algorithms II class. Much better than the first one. 25/30, average was 23 with a standard deviation of 4.6. That should put me right at 100% for that one (if he curves - I think he will have too). The next quiz will be tough. In the queue are Red-Black Trees, Dynamic Programming, and B-Trees. B-Trees I have seen before and are fairly straight forward, it is going to take some study time to work out the other two topics.

Didn't get enough reading done this week. I burned more time than expected on my DSII programming assignment. Oh I got it done, which is more than I can say for half of the Stillwater section of the class: 50% of the students where absent for tonight's class. Hmmmm... wonder where they could be ? It would have been a shame for a.cs to go down between 7:20pm and midnight *grin*

I have two pages of notes on the security paper for AA. It's not formalized enough to share. I know the ideas are solid and with the resent changes in Seti@home, things are slowly moving in the direction that I foresaw them going. It is a pleasing feeling to know that your thoughts are justified; it will be a far greater feeling to justify them by my own actions.
