Several years ago, I purchased ViewScan 7.x Professional for $40 dollars. This purchase was one of the best I've ever made for two reasons: the product is awesome (and at the time was the only way for a Mac to support a Canon's CanoScan 670U USB scanner), and secondly because I'm entitled to unlimited free upgrades!

From Apple's Hot Download's RSS feed, I saw that ViewScan 8.0.15 was available, so I upgraded (flawlessly).

I love technology when it works. Way to be Ed Hamrick.
